Angela DeMichele, RYT 200-HR & NASM-CPT
Ohio native Angela DeMichele is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and 200-HR Registered Yoga Teacher, with a specialization as a Kidding Around Yoga Teacher. Within her local community, she is a School Social Worker and Coach.
Angela has over a decade of experience providing services to children and families as a Social Worker, Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Coach. Angela works with individuals with varying goals from balance/mobility, fat loss, strength training, athletic performance, pre and postnatal, corrective exercise, and general fitness & health. She has led a dozen athletes to State for Track and Field and has competed in USPA Powerlifting meets herself. Her education and certifications have provided her with the opportunity to combine her passions for fitness and emotional wellness. Her favorite mantra is, “Live, learn, pass on.”

Train With a Buddy
Work out with a friend and Personal Trainer. Best for friends with similar goals, exercise interests and fitness levels.
At-Home Workout Program
Get a program that can be executed at home or in the gym. This program will be evaluated on a monthly basis.
Yoga
Explore the fundamental principles and postures of Yoga. Increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. Varieties include Gentle, Power, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. Enjoy options of family, kid, animal or traditional Yoga. No Yoga experience is necessary.
